We just published a new KB article that explains an issue with Mobile Device Management installation errors on ConfigMgr 2012 SP1. It’s an issue that can pop up if .NET Framework 4 is installed on the Management Point before IIS is enabled but the fix is a quick and easy command run from the CMD prompt.
