Ryan Hearn posted this over on our Opalis blog but I figured you’d want to know as well:
One of our favorite community members, Ryan Andorfer, has just created a new community IP for Configuration Manager 2007! You may know Ryan from his previous IP’s (available on CodePlex) for Active Directory, Exchange, VSphere, Scheduled Tasks, and Opalis Utilities. Well, he’s done it again! This new IP for Configuration Manager 2007 currently has 43 different activities with another 17 still in development. The list of activities is below. He has really put some work into this IP to make it really usable. He started with a PowerShell script that I extended from the Neihaus / Snaowland.se script and really went to town with it, converting it to C# code and making it into a real, quality IP. He just posted a beta version of the IP to the CodePlex site http://opalissccmextension.codeplex.com/ yesterday, and he’s asking for anyone who wants to help test it out to please download it and try it out and provide feedback. I downloaded it and played around with it a while, and I’d like to share my experiences with you…
You can get all the details and a download link here.
