Hi, Mark Stanfill here, and today I wanted to give you a heads up on an interesting issue I ran into the other day. The problem was that the Configuration Manager 2007 Dashboard wouldn’t display any data and simply showed a "Please wait.........." message with a blank image icon instead of the graph:
The reason this happened was because the Configuration Manager 2007 Dashboard site inherits settings from any existing SharePoint Portal Server installations. As such, incompatible settings and add-ins may interfere with the ability of the Dashboard to correctly render. Also, the Dashboard.log (located in %ProgramFiles%\ConfigMgr Dashboard Framework\Logs by default) will not show any errors.
To correct this problem, edit the web.config for the Dashboard web site to match the settings below. The default location for the web.config is C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\12345.

I am facing the issue you have explained here. I tried the option you have suggested however its not resolving the issue. I am still getting 'Please wait...' and data is not getting displayed. Also if i click on 'Site Actions' then nothing is happening. It seems some addin or settings are missing from my IE or IIS. Can you please help me on this.
It work, thanks.
