Cumulative Update 2 (CU2) for Configuration Manager is now available as a hotfix download via KB 2780664. In addition to several new fixes, this latest update includes all fixes previously released under Cumulative Update 1. Note that all of the items addressed in both CU1 and CU2 will be included in Service Pack 1 for Configuration Manager.
For more information on the cumulative update servicing model, refer to Planning for Software Updates in Configuration Manager on TechNet.

Does CU2 fix the issues some people are seeing after deploying KB2506143 (which just synchronized to all our Software Update Points)?
Installation of WMF 3.0 (KB2506143) has resulted in our management point failing to service clients (SCCM2012)

Brian - does CU2 address the issues people are seeing with KB2506143? If not, is there any public KB article or other support team information about support for KB2506143? Thanks!
hi - is this the same CU2 update that was released on 30 Nov 2012?
Why no date for the SP1 release?
Sometime "early 2013" for download :(
I guess the official RTM release was approved or something on 12.14.12
but we cant download it till early 13 which really sucks because im bashing my head against my desk in a lab environment lol.
I am hoping SP1 is released in Jan but part of me thinks they are keeping it for closer to MMS but thats not till April and thats just way too long to wait. Not to mention it goes beyond the GA+90 days for Windows 8 support in SCCM 2012 and Server 2012 support in SCVMM 2012.
