Problem was staring me in the face. The Binding on IIS had change on the default website to bind only to the local IP address of the server and so stop all other access. Quick reset to &amp;quot;All Unassigned&amp;quot; and all good. &lt;/p&gt;

Reconfiguration success or error status: 0.&amp;quot; And yes i am on IIS 7.5. Thanks for your help.&lt;/p&gt;

This will allow the AWEBSVC setup to run and complete. &amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;m assuming you&amp;#39;re on IIS 7.5?&lt;/p&gt;

I think Microsoft has been more than lenient with developing operating systems that are backwards compatible. They&amp;#39;ve done a phenomenal job of ensuring that Windows runs on as many systems as realistically possible, while still pushing more and more functionality into the OS.&lt;/p&gt;
