Currently, it doesn't support Windows. See http://www.open-mpi.org/faq/?category=supported-systems#os for the supported OS.

Recommend to use MSMPI in Windows. It is released with Windows HPC pack. Find more info about it at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb524831

Can I ask which MPI implementation you used?

I hope to choose one implementation, but I am not sure whether the OPEN-MPI can support windows. Could you please leave me a reply? Thanks a lot.

可以检查一下计算节点和域控制器的连接是否正常，以及部署用户的权限是否正确。可以部署过程可以参考网页文档：http://www.itvue.com/Article/MSOS/MSS/win2008/200904/11982.html。

我搞不明白的是，我使用节点模板安装后，安装过程中一直提示找不到要加入的域。可不可以告诉我完整的安装过程，谢谢。
