This is exactly why they recently landed on not one, but two lists in Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work issue.
Overall, Microsoft ranked the fifth best place to work in Chicago and the second best place for women to work in the city. To create the Best Places to Work lists, Crain’s focuses on quantitative issues regarding pay, promotions, health care and other benefits, as well as relationships with management and co-workers, career development and day-to-day workplace perks.
