The My TechNet Security tour is coming to Toronto in November. While we had booked the event for November 20th we found ourselves in a bit of a conflict and the four IT Pro Advisors were stretched a little to thin. Since we have yet to market any technology that would allow us to be in two places at the same time we had to make a hard decision. That decision was to move the date of the Toronto event up to November 8th.
If you have already registered for the event you will recieve an email with the date change. The time and location is still the same, only the date has changed.
If you have yet to register, there is no time better than now to do so! You can register at http://www.microsoft.com/canada/technet/mytechnet/
I hope to see you there!
But Rodney. I thought Microsoft had aquired the "Star Trek" transporters in a recent purchase on eBay. And I hear the "T.A.R.D.I.S." is on special this week.
HEY! Problem solved!
No. no... don't thank me. I'll wait for the check... :)
I just wanted to express my dissapointment with the fact that Vancouver is already full. Because there is a lot of people coming from Victoria (a big IT jobs market), maybe you should reconsider your decision and move event to the more appropriate space that can host more IT professionals or add Victoria to your Tour
Unfortunately it is too late to change venues. We got lucky with the Toronto date and being able to move that. These events are planned months in advance, this tour for example was planned back in late July.
We are always looking at attendance figures to make sure we can accomodate as many IT Pros as possible and moving to bigger venues for future events is on our radar.
Thanks for your comments,
