I recently re-read, Tom Peters’ book ,“The Pursuit of WOW!” in which he talks about WOW as stepping up and standing out with a sense of uniqueness. At Microsoft, our goal has always been to help businesses not just pursue WOW, but to actually achieve it – by helping them stand out with the highest level of employee productivity. Last month we took the exciting step in that direction with the launch of our refreshed Microsoft Business Productivity website.
Normally I am not one to blog specifically about a Microsoft website, but this is different, as the purpose isn’t to sell an individual product. Instead, we are addressing the challenges encountered by our customers.
