&lt;p&gt;1. Industry standard 4 socket server with 80 logical processors, 4 socket server, 10 cores with SMT enabled&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. 256 GB of physical memory&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. 1 VM configured with 64 virtual processors and 64 GB of memory&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. 5 LSI Mustang 9205-8e Storage HBAs, 40 SSDs total (each SSD is capable of over 25,000 IOPs)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Each LSI controller has 8 SSDs attached. No SANs were used. This was all direct attached storage.&lt;/p&gt;
