Day 16 of my 30 day quest to learn Windows Server 2012! It’s Bruce again. Tonight I am looking at Hyper-V Replica. This looks to be a great solution for small and medium business for disaster recovery. Basically in the box you have the ability to create a replica of you VM on a remote Hyper-V box and keep it in sync for disaster recovery and planed failed over scenarios. Below we have a good video on the topic and a Hands on lab to help you learn along with some other links. I am sure even large companies are going to use this feature in creative and innovate ways not yet imagined.
