&lt;p&gt;I have a couple of comments/suggestions:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) A number of your parameters have quotes (single or double) that don't need them. &amp;nbsp;They are benign but not necessary. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) My guess is that you can directly pipe your import-csv into to the other command. &amp;nbsp;If too many things are binding then you might want to put a select in between them:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;import-csv UnpluggedSG.csv |Select Server,Name | new-storagegroup &lt;/p&gt;
