So I got this question at one of my recent events and I haven’t gotten a chance to do the research on it, but low and behold, someone that I follow on Twitter tweeted about this exact topic.  Typically I would research the issue and provide a step-by-step solution, but it appears that our friends at Windows IT Pro Magazine have already done that.  Why re-invent the wheel when a perfectly good one has already been created.  Here you go:
