We can think of one way you would want to use Color Analyzer, the app made for Windows 8 by Swiss startup TB-Electronics. Let's say you are designing your house, but you are having trouble describing precisely the red you want. You can turn your phone and shoot a photo of an object of that precise color and the app does its magic by finding it in the color spectrum, identifying it and naming it.
The app was made over a few months with software provided by the Microsoft BizSpark program -- Visual Studio 2012, IIS7, Windows Phone Camera, Accelerator.
Do you build for scale first, or for revenue? How are those things related in your mind?
This app was done as first try of how it can work and how it can be usable. Second application is just more comfortable and created for using it every day.
Do you make reasonable predictions about how you are going to achieve revenue and then test them out, or do you start with a business model and deploy it, to see if it brings in revenue?
Our team has tons of ideas of apps. The only point is time. We are just doing apps which makes really fun or which are good responsible in development time to usage.
What questions do you and your technical co-founder / engineering team feel are the most important to solve about the business aspects of your company?
There are a lot of offers around the market. But in real, not a lot really increases the profit. Most are just creating work. But otherwise most offers which are new and making fun are innovative and are not made for profit.
When did you decide that you were “startup material”?
Every day when I got new ideas.
What impact or legacy do you hope to make in the market and in the business world?
Improve quality, processes and fun of work in this world.
What are some of the challenges you face as a founder or developer at a startup, when it comes to dealing with family life, or socially? Does working on a startup change the way you associate and interact in these areas?
To be responsible for myself is a big step after reaching 18th age. To be responsible for others and family it is another big step after startup. To keep responsible and grow up, it is the most challenge.
