Tell us who you are and your role in the company:

I am the CEO and co-founder of the company.

What did you do before creating your company?

I was responsible for a software and QA factory area.

How do you feel being the most promising ‘Startup of the Day’ per Microsoft BizSpark?

We are really excited because it is recognition mainly because we are a cutting edge technology entrepreneurship.

What is your company’s mission?

To be the world´s leader in automatic content moderation for UCG communities.

In 140 characters or less, tell us what your company does:

We offer comprehensive moderation services for Web 2.0 sites leveraging our moderation process with Semantic Technology.

How did you get the idea for your company?

We had the opportunity to meet a moderator who had been working 8 hours a day by manually moderating a French digital newspaper. At that moment, we thought that a growing community with hundreds of thousands or millions of user generated content needs an automated moderation process rather than a human moderation cover just because a manual moderation doesn’t scale.

Tell us about your funding history. Are you currently looking for funding? If so, how much?

We are not looking for an investment because we already received our first round.

How many employees do you have? How many developers?

12 employees, 9 of them are involved in the development team.

Are you hiring? If yes, what are you hiring and where?

Yes, we are looking for experts on natural language processing and digital image processing.

Which platform are you building on? Why?

Java open source.

Where do you see opportunities today in the Software/internet area?

We foresee huge opportunities on the semantic technologies applied to many different internet community needs.

What do you think about the BizSpark Program?

It’s excellent and we are really taking advantage on many of the licenses you are providing us, for example we built all our Business Intelligence on Dynamics.

Do you have any advice for young Software entrepreneurs?

Yes, try to create a profitable and innovative idea and don’t be shy and push everything with a strong conviction.
