Comments
  • The "Test Information and Support" links to the SL4 exam, not the Azure one.

  • Blz.. to inscrito.... alguem tem material para estudo???

    vlw!!

  • Hi All, in the session "Test Information and Support" the correct link is: www.microsoft.com/.../exam.aspx

That link there is to Silverlight 4 Exam.

  • The link has been updated.

I thought I had proof read it all but missed this one.

    Gerry

  • So is this exam open to anyone to sit or must you still be invited only?

  • Nick, when it is posted here, it is open to all.

  • Please clarify my doubt. Whether the exam ID is 70-583 or 71-583?

Here you are saying the exam is 71-583 and this identifier is used to take the beta exam and at www.microsoft.com/.../exam.aspx the exam ID is 70-583 to take the final exam when released.

I am confused with whether we will have to take only Exam 70-583 or we have to also take the Exam 71-583 after the final release once again. Which is the correct name of the Exam? 70-583 or 71-583? Please clarify.

There is Regional Restrictions for India, Pakistan, China. Where anyone from these countries will take the exam? Is this exam opened for citizens of these three countries or not?

  • Hi Abhiram,

Now the Exam is in Beta version so it is called Exam 71-583 for registration.  Once Microsoft announces its final version, it will be known as Exam 70-583 and probably will be open for all the global citizens to appear.

Regarding the Regional Restrictions for India, China and Pakistan, I hope such restrictions will be lifted once the final Exam 70-583 is released by Microsoft.  Anyhow wait for those clarifications.

  • Hi, Well explained.  In fact I read an article about the same in www.mywindowsclub.com at the following link: www.mywindowsclub.com/.../1293-New-feature-Exam-PRO-Post-your-questions.aspx  If you are one who prepares for this examination, you can utilize this opportunity.  All the best.

  • Are there any more seats available? Although I can see the exams on prometric's site, when I try to enter the promotion code, I get a Timeout Expired green message, all the time. Any ideas?

  • There are still seats. I just registered for one.

  • When and through what means can we expect the results? Will they be sent by email or will the results appear on the MCP site?

  • Result will appear on MCP site as well as you will get the score sheet in mail (NOT email).

  • I still do not see the results for my Azure exam on the MCP site.  Does anyone know the date when we should expect them?  My transcript only shows exams that I have passed.  Where do I go on the MCP site to see a history of all exams taken and their status (passed/failed)?

  • still not had any results on this, is the whole thing on ice now gerry has gone?
