Hi Anke thanks for the documentation on the SEPA for the netherlands it was of great help. I do have one question. When i'am processing the payment journal the report show okay and works fine. But I don't see any XML file generated in my designated folder. Could you help me out ? what's causing this ?

Hi Anke, The application required an UNC path instead of a folder path. This is why the XML files was not send to it's location.

  • Hi John,
Thank you for your comments and yes you are correct.

The reason why the XML file will not be generate could have several reasons, the UNC path was one of them. Sometimes it is required to check on the user permissions and share the folders as well. Once you find in any Version >AX2012 the XML file not generated, check if the files appear in System Administration\Periodic\Services and Application Integration Framework\Queue Manager. In case the files appear here, go to your Batch Jobs history to find the information regarding the possible incorrect path.

We will describe this topic on this blog soon.

    Thanks, Anke
