What a week it has been! Since publicly announcing the beta release of Microsoft Atlanta this past week at SQL PASS 2010 the team has been heads down engaging various groups at SQL PASS, running chalk talks and focus groups, to help you learn more about Microsoft Atlanta and how it can fit in your organization. The response on twitter has been encouraging!

One of the key value propositions of Microsoft Atlanta is the enhanced relationship with Microsoft CSS SQL Engineers. Bob Ward, one of the CSS SQL Engineers we worked closely with, was the one who demo'd Microsoft Atlanta during the SQL PASS 2010 keynote. He has written a blog about Atlanta - check it out!

Welcome to the Atlanta team Blog! Today, we announced the public availability of Microsoft Codename Atlanta’s beta release! The Atlanta team has been hard at work making today a reality – and we are ecstatic that we are finally able to take the wraps off our project and show it to the world.
