Although this is an old topic, I want to respond on this since we experience the above mentioned problem.

We have installed a brand new server as a terminal server with Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise edition, we have installed Outlook 2003 and for both we have installed all SP's and updates. Since we are in Holland, the timezone is set to Amsterdam, so +1 and DST in enabled.

Now one user using a thin client has the problem that when she goes to Tools, options, calendar options, time zone, that the TZ is set correctly, but the DST is disabled, so unchecked. She can't check it, since she will get the message that she has no permissions. Which is normal in this terminal server environement. When she right clicks on the date and time in the systray and click Adjust Date/Time, in here the time zone is correct, but also the DST checkbox is enabled! That is strange, since in Outlook it shows unchecked and I thought Outlook would inherent this from the system. Do you know how we can solve this? For now, she is the only user with the problem. When I login on this server, it is all shown correctly!

Thanks in advance.

Rgds,
