&lt;p&gt;1) Ensure you don't have the username and password for the site saved. &amp;nbsp;Control Panel --&amp;gt; User Accounts --&amp;gt; Manage network passwords. &amp;nbsp;If you have the site listed there, then you can either edit the entry or remove it. &amp;nbsp;I recommend completely removing it so that you can ensure that you can log on without relying on cached credentials&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) Ensure that the popup blocker itself is not blocking the Logon window - if the authentication window is a webpage rather than the normal credential prompt then you could run into issues.&lt;/p&gt;

The little window that pops up when I go to a specific site that requests my use name and password does not pop up in ie7. I cannot get access to the site with out it. i &amp;nbsp;keep getting unathorized where is the pop up window???????????&lt;/p&gt;
