&lt;p&gt;Thanks for the exhaustive test. &amp;nbsp;However, I have yet to see someone do a exhaustive test of copying files from Server 2008 to Server 2008 vs. Server 2003 to Server 2003. &amp;nbsp;I am looking for cold hard facts, unless you can point to a real study that was done. &amp;nbsp;I have seen Microsoft throw around the SMB 2.0 promises, but I have yet to see any real-time test results.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Testing over a WAN would be a bonus. 8^)&lt;/p&gt;
