&lt;p&gt; I ask that my case is I could not and I have not started my latop.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; I only see the option of recovery that I can not do for lack of disk recovery.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; I wanted to do was to update to sp1 and my machine was shut down abruptly, I tried your method but I have no result. as I can do this from USB?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; please give me a more extensive guidance on this issue please?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; I do not want to format my latop, it is important to me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; is a samsung R530, Intel Core i3 with windows 7 bought in Spain&lt;/p&gt;
