Hi Ashley,

I just found your blog and am already loving it! A while back, I got tired of dealing with this same problem.

For our helpdesk, I created a custom MMC containing ADUC and a bunch of powershell scripts in a taskpane. One script was a reset password script.

If you get a chance, check out the MMC and let me know what you think.

Hi LA,

In v3 you don't need to import modules, but in my opinion it would improve performance.

Do you need to import the module inside of a batch script when using Powershell 3?
