  • There only appears to be a 64-bit version of this hotfix. Is there a 32-bit version please?

  • Why is there a reboot which can not be suppressed after unattended installation?

  • We didn't experience forced reboots AFAIK.
This is how we call the installer:
    AppV5.0SP2-Client-KB2963211.exe /ACCEPTEULA /CEIPOPTIN=0 /ENABLEPACKAGESCRIPTS=1 /NORESTART /Q

  • Hi

  • we have two types of VMware hosts
Dell R710 and R720.package created on R720.Would i need to create two different appv packages one for R710 and R720 2012R2.Adding the office package on R710 2012R2 where the chipset is different, but why only outlook, puzzling.

  • /norestart did the trick. We use powershell for installation. Th ecommand line looks like this: (Start-Process -FilePath "AppV5.0SP2-RDS-KB2963211.exe" -ArgumentList '/ACCEPTEULA /CEIPOPTIN=0 /ENABLEPACKAGESCRIPTS=1 /NORESTART /Q' -PassThru -Wait).ExitCode

  • Hi,

Important condition, il you want deploy latest HF for App-V5 SP2, if you have a Policy in your GPO to define Powerhsell execution Policy... App-V client don't synchronise shortcuts anymore...

Put to undefined this GPO for synchronisation to work again...

    Daniel
