Just a quick heads up on a new Configuration Manager hotfix we released that may affect some of you. There’s an issue in ConfigMgr 2007 SP2 where Hardware Inventory does not inventory Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) applications in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) if the VAppCollector.exe process exceeds the 30-second time-out period. In this situation, no App-V applications are reported during the Hardware Inventory action.
