Bill, there is indeed a newsgroup pointer available from the "feedback" link shown in the original post. Look for the "Security at Home Discussion Group".

That said, the team monitors both this newsgroup AND these blogs as feedback mechanisms.

I've got a comment about safety.live.com, but I'm puzzled about the lack of a standard feedback mechanism--there seems to be a team blog, but no HTML or NNTP groups--is the blog the place you expect feedback to arrive?
