    It seems MS Virtual Lab on this topic is running old SQL 2008. I noticed the released version only has on demand and on schedule. Anyway we could do enforce a policy? Do you have more information on SQL 2008 policy management?

    Can you tell me whihc virtual lab you ran?

    Only some policies can be enforced  as per my post here...

    as for on schedule that creates an agent job
