And another MVP Global Summit is gone.
It’s always sad when everything’s done, everybody’s going home, especially when you have to stay longer. You see the city (Bellevue, in this case) differently as you can’t feel the same atmosphere you got during the Summit.
Anyway it was great, at least for me and for the numerous Microsoft MVPs I had the pleasure to talk to. great sessions, great venue, even no complains about the food this time
We had around 700 technical sessions, around 1.300 Microsoft MVPs coming from around 80 Countries all over the world.
It’s absolutely amazing: no matter what your religion is, your customs, your faith, your political affiliation, everybody’s mingling to share the same Passion: passion to share the knowledge, passion to interact with the same peers, passion to talk about products and services with the product teams, passion to give feedback, passion to learn about the future.
And this what the MVP Global Summit 2010 was all about + a lot of FUN !
The event is the biggest Partner event ever held in the Microsoft Campus so I think from an organizational standpoint was just perfect. Think about it: different venues, different hotels, different needs, different schedules, and everything went smooth like nobody even realized that. And this happens when it is really organized in that way (kudos to Paulette and her team!).
I took some pictures and videos (I’ll share them later on) but, in the meantime have a look to some of them. Thank you all for making this happen and for spending time in coming over here. It was a great experience to meet you all ! (and, if you are curious what the Microsoft MVPs said during event, just search #mvp10 on Twitter )
