I've been migrating a customers network from SBS 2003 to SBS 2008 for the last 3 days.

I was looking for help with the Sharepoint because I don't know a lot about it. What you've created is very nice, and it helped me a lot. The only thing is that it didn't worked for me. Everything went fine until the 'Create new web application page'. After I've completed the configuration I click Ok and I get the prompt that I'm changing from Kerberos to NTLM authentication. Then I click ok again and the system start migrating the database. After about 5 minutes I get this:

Error

Upgrade completed with errors. Review the upgrade.log file located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\Logs\Upgrade.log. The number of errors and warnings is listed at the end of the upgrade log file.

I've searched this logfile but there's a lot in it and don't know how to fix this. I can send you the logfile if it can be of any means to you ?

Thanks !

I have developed a whole Guide around Windows SharePoint including a number of migration options to SBS 2008. There is an easier method that what is detailed here which involves a database migration.
