Windows Essential Business Server
This includes Exchange, Windows Server, System Center Essentials, ISA, Forefront Security for Exchange that are distributed and configured across three servers to meet best practices for security, manageability and performance. For instance, the Exchange Edge role that handles email message cleaning is integrated into the security server and ISA, while the main exchange roles are on their own server that is otherwise lightly loaded for exchange performance into the high end of the 250 user range of the product.
Windows Essential Business Server comes in two editions - Standard and Premium.

This includes Exchange, Windows Server, Forefront Security for Exchange; SharePoint Services 3.0, OneCare for server, WSUS 3.0 SP1 and Integration with Office Live Services all in one box designed to help you keep your data more secure and your company more productive.

Windows Small Business Server 2008 comes in two editions: Standard and Premium.
Windows Small Business Server 2008 Premium Edition becomes a second server solution. Standard Edition will run on one hardware server and Premium Edition will run on two hardware servers, with the second server running Windows Server and SQL Server for Line of Business applications.
