What do you mean by "Windows Vista SP2 includes Hyper-V technology"?

Can you run Hyper-V on Vista now?

Actually, I think this is some faulty info passed on from faulty info ;)

Windows Server 2008 SP2 includes Hyper-V functionality, not Windows Vista SP2, since Hyper-V is a server feature.

Some other public blogs also reported this, but have since been redacted.

So an IE7 on Vista is going to be IE7 SP2 now?
