&lt;p&gt;It sounds as though you may have a misbehaving add-on. &amp;nbsp;If the problem only occurs with specific sites, then that is the most likely possibility. &amp;nbsp;However it would be best to open a support incident with Microsoft Product Support to get your issue worked on.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Also, this issue seems to be the same as the one reported in kb 305217 ( &lt;a rel="nofollow" target="_new" href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305217/en-us"&gt;http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305217/en-us&lt;/a&gt; ), for which a fix was issued in 2003 as q305217 (&lt;a rel="nofollow" target="_new" href="http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2d7b2f19-0d79-43e1-9b0b-671c7e5e33d8&amp;amp;displaylang=en"&gt;http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2d7b2f19-0d79-43e1-9b0b-671c7e5e33d8&amp;amp;displaylang=en&lt;/a&gt;). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
