DFSR Debug Log Series Wrapup and Downloadable Copies

Is there any reference material available that defines what the various debug functions do? I understand that INCO and MEET are "Functions related to replicating files between DFSR nodes" but that doesnt really tell me what the individual functions do.

Not exactly. Much of those specifics are proprietary and not exposed through a public API. However, there is a fair amount of overall function/functionality spec documentation here:

Please see the WSPP documentation for DFS-R. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd357958(PROT.13).aspx explains that INCO is for Inbound connection and Meet module downloads and installs the files.
