Vista:: Slow down Aero animations
Last week I read a blogpost on how to slow down the animations in Vista. Basically you have to add a registry key and HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM\ add the Dword key AnimationsShiftkey with value 1 and log off and log back on.
Once you have logged on again you can slow down the animations by using the shift key. I recorded a screencast where you can see what the effect is of pressing the shift key.
