Exchange 2007 external Meeting Request through MessageLabs

At the time of writing there are some known issues with sending Meeting Requests externally from Exchange 2007 through MessageLabs if the "Exchange Rich-text format" is set to anything but "Always Use". This seems to result in plain text meeting requests at the recipient end.

This is documented at http://www.messagelabs.co.uk/support/email_services

"*In "Hub Transport Role" on Exchange 2007 settings, add the recipient’s domain as a remote domain and set it to always use "rich text format" when sending to that domain. Then you should be able to send new meeting requests to that domain, and the recipients will receive them as normal meeting requests and be able to accept them. " - is taken from the above MessageLabs link. Again, this is subject to change and MessageLabs are the people to speak to on this.
