E.g. the December edition&amp;nbsp;"&lt;A href="http://www.microsoft.com/technet/community/columns/cableguy/cg1205.mspx"&gt;Windows TCP/IP Ephemeral, Reserved, and Blocked Port Behavior&lt;/A&gt;" is a good explanation how Windows assigns dynamic ("ephemeral")&amp;nbsp;ports and how you can control it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The&amp;nbsp;Cable Guy&amp;nbsp;gets also translated into German, you find an overview &lt;A href="http://search.microsoft.com/results.aspx?mkt=de-DE&amp;amp;setlang=de-DE&amp;amp;s3=on&amp;amp;q=the%20cable%20guy"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
