Using Entourage for Mac (2004 or 2008) while connecting to an Exchange 2007 mailbox on a Windows 2008 Server, user cannot download any e-mail message which has a plus sign in it's subject line, like 'Test + Mail'. Amir Haque discuss the fix here: E-mail

My Entourage 2008 was working fine with Exhchange Mail Server 2007, and although it is connected, no more mail comes to my Entourage client. I've looked through the troubleshooting and none of the HELP issues seem to be present. The mail is still coming down to my iPhone, but not to Entourage? If I am connected, and can send mail, why isn't anything coming into the Inbox?

Please try the instructions in KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931350 to configure your Exchange account in Entourage (using explicit URL might help).

Is this a bug?

i wonder if microsoft considers this a bug? it doesn't affect any of their other clients (windows mobile, outlook), and they don't all use mapi. do you think it will actually get fixed? my IT dept. does not want to undo the rule because of security reasons.

Messages not all syncing for Exchange users. This is a known problem caused by a bug preventing Entourage from not being able to receive Exchange emails in which the Subject contains a plus sign (+).
