XAML for Designers: XAML, WPF and Silverlight for Professional Designers

A new XAML for designers course has been added to the Microsoft Partner Learning Centre (you will need to sign into access it). Description and link -

"This Labcast series provides hands-on experience designing user experiences in Microsoft Expression Blend 2. The training course explains the basics of the user interface, shows how to create and manipulate 2D and 3D objects, and describes how to animate these objects using Expression Blend 2 combined with Microsoft Visual Studio."

Silverlight Training

I am getting many questions around the availability of Silverlight training. If you are interested in training two good places to start looking are –

· Microsoft Partner Learning Centre

o There are a lot of free on demand video training, you need to sign up for the Partner Programme (takes a few mins and is free) to access the training

· Xpertise

o Xpertise have a few good courses that have availability at the moment, visit the site and type Silverlight in the search box and see what course are available

o The one that took my eye was - Developing Rich on-line Experiences using Microsoft .NET 3.0 and Microsoft Expression
