CRM 4.0 (Titan) multitenant planning/deployment guide is available
Recently the guide to deploy the latest CRM 4.0 got released. For those hosters who are planning to deploy CRM as part of their offering, this is a good guide to follow during the implementation. Compared to the previous versions where each customer needed to have a separate instance in order to provide multitenancy (this was a headache for operations team), the current version doesn't have this constraint.

There you'll find information on how to configure CRM for multiple tenancy, different CRM scenarios (only CRM, integration with HMC, etc.), tools which provide assistant during the deployment. Now it's much easier to integrate CRM as part of the current packages/offerings for customers, creating an additional revenue stream for hosters.
