Time to change
As you may have seen, I haven’t been that active in the last few days (also due to my offsite meeting in Dubai), but there’s a reason..
I’ve been thinking about this for quite a while: changing the blog language from Italian to English. And then, after these few changes, I realized that the time has come.
I think most of us will take advantage of it:
- more opportunity to interact from a blog-blog standpoint
- more opportunity to network with non-Italian native speakers
- more visibility and awareness of local events/highlights
- “get out of the local pool”
Of course there will be some slight minor issues to solve but, a part from that, I think this is a necessary, challenging but exciting new journey and, in the end, I think we will see the outcome of this change in the long term. Remember, the MVP Award Program is a worldwide Program so I think this is the time to broaden our messaging to a worldwide audience.
And, indeed, the ones who have issues with English (including me) will benefit of it
