Dear Mom,
I'm really sorry I haven't called or visited. Remember back in May and June when I told you I was traveling a lot? I went out and met with a bunch of Microsoft customers that were doing some really cool stuff with our technology. Turns out we have customers all over the world - New Zealand, Belgium, China - and you can't get to most of those places by bus, so I was just super busy going around and talking to them.
In addition to talking to them, we filmed them talking about the cool technologies they were using and how they worked. I wanted you to see how it turned out, so I'm including the video that we made for you to see. If you look closely, you can even catch a glimpse of your handsome son - I have an uncredited cameo in here.
