Windows Defender is our consumer product for anti-spyware. Install it on your home machine, on your Grandma's home machine, and pretty much every other home machine you can find.
While Defender is great for individual machines, it lacks any kind of centralized administration, notification, or reporting, making it less appropriate as a corporate desktop solution. For you corporate types, keep an eye on Forefront.
